The delicious biodynamic house wines at Tom’s Kitchen Chelsea and Canary Wharf are produced by Chateau La Coste Estate in Provence. Not only do they taste great, they also help us do our bit for the environment – for us a winning combination!
The wines come in cartons straight from the vineyard to our restaurants, which we then bottle and serve to you; this means we have no bottle waste and can lower the cost for you. Using cartons also lets us ship more litres per pallet than with bottles, reducing the amount of shipping and the carbon footprint.
They are great enjoyed by the glass or with your meal, complimenting many of our dishes. Our team’s favourites include crisp and zesty white wine with Roast Sea Bass, piquillo peppers, buttered clams, borlotti bean; the classic Provençal Rose with Chicken Caesar Salad; and the wonderful Red with comforting Braised Beef Cheek, root vegetable mash.
