Tom Aikens Harrods Chef of The Season

Tom has been working hard with Harrods to create an exclusive selection of classic Tom’s Kitchen dishes for you to take home.

From 6 November until 28 February 2015 Harrods will offer a selection of Tom’s Kitchen dishes-to-go inspired by Tom’s love of comfort food. The range will be presented in his own dedicated area within the traiteur counter at the Harrods Food Hall.

Classic Christmas dishes will be available until Friday 2nd January 2015, including roast turkey and trimmings, and venison casserole with cranberry and root vegetable mash. In addition to larger dishes will be a selection of canapés, perfect for entertaining at home over the festive period: turkey rillettes, beetroot-cured salmon, seven-hour lamb croquettes, and a sweet chocolate hotpot.

From the first week of January until the end of February, the menu will be updated to the classic Tom’s Kitchen warming winter starters, mains and puddings, such as spicy crab cakes, braised beef cheeks, and apple and Calvados tart with maple syrup ice-cream.
